yes, if you read the announcement carefully the well was still cleaning up, as all completion fluid hadn't been lifted. My guess is these initial flow rates will be exceeded but by how much is the big question. A high flow rate on testing was probably factored into the SP given all the hype, however this initial disclosure, although not definitive, and forced on the company by circumstances, has been enough to create a level of uncertainty.
