He mentioned a few times that institutional investors are super keen to get on board. They will be wanting 10million plus portions of the company. They probably own enough to keep SP on the low side whilst negotiating a SPP number. This will continue until they agree on SPP number. There is no real other way a big investor can buy a large chunk without taking a long time and as results keep valuing the company higher time will run out eventually.
