What he will do and its relatively simple; list on the OTC Pink market. That’s the typical entry point for small companies into the US. There are also different levels within the OTC that could then follow.
Its also relative cheap to list there.

Once the company starts creating revenue and meets certain minimum criteria it could then list onto major US markets.

So I would say OTC in the near future and then the major platforms once revenue ramps up(assuming success in trials)
