Just looking through the NI back of envelope calculations...
1. 2.5 billion for PRLs share, how would you even raise that?
2. so a combined 29 billion investment... for a 3.4 billion return before costs and overheads. Net return may be considerably less.
it's not even 10% return on investment. not sure how feasible that is.
you could get better returns in some ETFs.. or Sydney property.
have I missed something?
