What was the official reason for buy-backs? If crazy low SP is it possible to announce no buy-back for now and pay dividend? Div is ~$A83m (if I calculate that correctly). Buyback is $A400m. If they really want to start buy-back as cheap as possible they will need to start immediately (or wait until 7th of March as they stated).
I don't see WHC below $5.5...it's only 55% higher than now...in this situation ?!?! still ridiculous
