US$400 is hard to contemplate. Its worth noting though that WHC would have a range of contracts already agreed to. This latest surge is linked to an incredibly tight spot market. That said, if prices sustain at these prices for any period of time then the greater the chance that WHC lock in contracts at crazy prices. We've been in a great price environment for a year or so, every month it continues is bucket loads of cash for WHC. Given delayed delivery too, when prices eventually do drop, it is likely WHC will report higher sales prices than benchmark prices over that particular quarter.
