They will need to do a PFS to determine the best way forward. Don't forget, they will need to build a road first before they can truck the ore to Telfer and that also has a cost. It will not be an easy or cheap road due to the environmental structures.
The cost of the road to Telfer can offset the cost of building our own plant. If you do both, it increases the cost.
