Oh dear, first FBR had its first debt financing for operations, now the OEM plan is out, but people don't get quite exited, but totally understandable, 2 years of OEM tuning up, which is what 2024?

I think this MoU compared to CAT MoU is fundamentally different.

CAT MoU was all about let's talk with the intention to understand what HX does and how it works, but without a genuine intention in strategic partership as indicated by Mark in the AGM, but more about taking over the technology with an absolute bargin price, as FBR was no where close to showcase that it can actually go out and do the real job on site at the time. It's all talk talk.

But this is different, just by reading this: "...each party will bear their own costs and there will be no consideration given under the MOU."
To me this means the most critical part is accoplished: TRUST, FBR will hand over its long protected secret to a trusted partner to take it all apart and rework on it, AND, the heavy lifting will be done by OEM at their own cost for the development of final production model, FBR will still focuses on the developement of the tech, fine tuning, software development, regional market partnerships.

2 years sounds like a long time, but reasonable when it comes to turning a complicated concept model to a mass-production ready unit.

How many years we have guessed the possible OEM path for FBR, now it's layed out, this is a solid announcement to me.
