With the Sydney to Brisbane rail line, there's a washaway at Rappville (just south of Casino, far northern NSW) so at a guess the line may be closed for a few more days.
While there is plenty of (unwelcome) rain around Brisbane and Sydney, the Casino area finally appears to be dry for the minute, though the BOM is predicting a possible storm for nearby extremely badly flooded Lismore, NSW.
The Sydney - Broken Hill - Coonamia (near Port Pirie SA) line that was flooded between Mannahill and Yunta has reopned, as has the Sydney - Melbourne line that was flooded between Campbelltown and Moss Vale.
