    Thank you Fat Pat. I don't have the exact numbers in front of me, but we have a loan with JARE (~US$145) at very favourable terms. We could pay it off tomorrow if we wished (we are likely currently sitting on a >$700m cash pile), but as the debt is, on relative terms, cheap, it's better to put money to work.

    I'm sure you can see it, but as a very simple analogy - my sister in Sweden was asking if she should pay off her student loan (~$20k) or invest, the answer was simple: invest. The student loan in Sweden has (literarily) 0% interest.. grow the value of the holding and let gains pay the student loan off.

    With LYC, I think we pay 2.5% interest rate (~$3.6M/y), which is tiny with current cash flow. So while we could, I'd rather LYC invests and grow the business..
