M, makes perfect sense mate. I am a little old school in that I always prefer the lack of debt as opposed to cash, but - as you say - the cash is going to make more money that the cost of the debt we may as well make that cash work for us.
Of interest, is the forecast $500M for Kalgoorlie already available, or is it coming from our circa $700M "pile"?
