Do all directors hold significant amounts of shares in the other stocks you mentioned - since I don't have any interests there I don't really want to check - but since you highlight AAU, I'm just wondering?
Surely there are numerous companies where not all directors hold huge amount of shares in the companies they work for. Perhaps it should be a prerequisite in their contract terms but it isn't. Having skin in the game doesn't guarantee success either - TAW went bust and AJM didn't do too well either, even with director holdings.
