What a load of rubbish valuation.............they now have 13.5m customers combined.....cost of customer acquisition in banking / finance sector is about US $200 ie AUD$277 ....just in terms of customer numbers and the database multiply the 2 and see the valuation.............$3.73b....SP appox $7.5....ok then say 2.6% BD........ pick u r own discounting level......still no where close........
even if I were to consider customers as data set of non paying customers the acquisition cost is US37.5 ie. its a minimum of 700m.........perhaps thats what they are using..............
market is CRAZY....anything goes...cant fight the sentiment
