agm appearance

have been told that f.c will not be making a appearance at the agm on monday,if this is the case why would you want him on the board for,if he cannot turn up for the agm and answer questions then he should not be at the helm of a listed company and should not be receiving a huge wage either.l know l have some questions for him.These guys lay the blame on one person but l thought that they where directors of medic vision as well and should take the blame for the demise of our company as well,l bet they took their paycheck at the time without a whimper.In this game you should be able to gauge a director by their past performance and the brother in laws don,t meet the cut [imho ]look at the red paragon and hannans reward debarcle for past performances its time to go boys.Don,t give these two any credit for the up and coming annoucements either, l have been told that jitto and two others are the driving force behind this event and certain people have been taking the credit for their hard work.l find it most funny how people love taking credit by never take blame
