It is worth waiting for in my view. Selling any significant amount now could easily mean you will have to pay more to buy them back later, especially if a positive announcement about the damage claim, LD drilling results, or future projects is issued or even a negotiated end to the Ukraine situation. But, if you have better short-term options, then maybe it's fair enough to make a judgment call.
