Zelensky put guns in civilians hands, turned civilian buildings into militia buildings.
If I cared about people I would probably not brainwash them into picking up guns and alcohol bombs and becoming weak targets, but if I wanted to gain more sympathy and make it look like civilians are getting killed I'd probably make pathetic speeches about how they are innocent and unarmed after giving them the guns lol
