Point of interest from the announcement:

Information received from completed geotechnical and water bore drilling will be compiled and used to
optimise aspects of the Nunasvaara South DFS mining plan over the first few years of operation.

As I have shown previously, average graphite content of the Nunasvaara South deposit (first mine location) appears to be a few percentage points higher than originally thought, potentially driving up the annual anode output from 100 kt ore mined from 19.5 kt to 22ish kt/a on average.

However, with detailed knowledge of the location of deposits with the highest mineralization, Talga can choose to attack those deposits first to maximize their initial output on the existing mining permit. So it may be possible for Talga to produce 25-30 kt/a anode in the first years already until the expansion permit for Niska is granted and the next mine is established.
