your defenses are becoming a bit laughable now. Trial design is set for better or worse, unless you want another large delay reapplying for IND. A new CEO really only needs to keep the company afloat if possible, and market the drug to anyone who will listen. Oh, and be upfront about any potential delays or cost blowouts. that would be a nice change.
