    With just a few days of difference:

    AGY reports 2,000 tpa plant is 61% completed ---> SP barely moves 0.5 cents up
    LKE reports a pilot plant (like the one AGY have had working since 2018) is being shipped from the US ---> SP 10% up

    People must be thinking pilot plants just need a few months of operation and, boom, commercial operations right after.
