The reason lifx was acquired.

This what i meant yrs ago it was a ruch acquisition to prevent what i said then would be a fair class action.

You can't have a class action for a failing business but for unlawful activity you can.

Definitely grounds on the OHM side of things yrs ago but all this LIFX stuff no ground to stand on imo.

Most holders from the OHM days would have sold out, imo smart move by Buddy to acquire lifx.
