Well I was right about the staged restart, processing stockpiles mixed with quartz lease ore, avoiding the need for dewatering until cashflow is well underway.
Makes sense. Minimal mining cost for stockpiles (low grade ore). Low mining cost for quartz lease, which is a hill, not a deep hole and/or full of water.
So that means -
refurbishment is still required
but dewatering is not required for another year, potentially.
so lower initial restart costs.
