Pumps and then large sell periods are every where on asx. Propping/distribution.
Who knows which holders have sold, most have accounts and purchasing trusts in many names .
Doesnt make it a fraud, just a pump from 50c IPO to $2.50 over a few months for insiders.
From $2 - 2.50 , there was large days of selling pumping over several weeks, this i sdistribution phase
But the air is coming out of tech in 2022
Unless you can show earnings
A $250 mill MC with annualised loss of around $6 mill at this early stage is not good.
Many of these acquisitions will take years to find out, whether the revenue figures were realistic,
and whether the customer stick with a new big corporate umbrella.
Most will go for the cheaper options. imo
