This announcement was never going to double the stock - but inarguably it details some solid positives.
I guess we perhaps need to accept that there's almost zero interest in / knowledge of the stock, and the directors aren't about to do much about that, and so we'll be at unrealistically low sp levels perhaps for some time. Que sera sera.
