I have no issues with Peter stepping down from MRC, or if MRC changed the company structure to reduce its operating costs.

Peter's role was Investor Relations and Corporate Development, he is not mentioned in any of the MRC's annual reports - which indicates he was not a director or key management and there is no details on his shareholding in MRC.

Have you considered Peter Fox was provided a fixed term services agreement to MRC? It seems this is likely with his departure ending on the eve of the 3rd year of his start.

I wish Peter good luck on whatever his new venture is.

I guess when you see all the positive news which arrived last week and you know the trend is starting to reverse, you need to find something to downramp about.
