If I heard correctly Mark was on contract with NIDO doing the SC54 production until the oil price went down to 38 and they released him. KIK were lucky enough to pick him up, since they are now moving toward being a producing company. He is very good at what he does but if you think perfect management can take the oil well strike rate from 10% UP TO 100% and remove all flow risk etc then I think you are investing in the wrong industry. The share price reflects that risk and if all goes well it will go higher.
