Stumpy,
an on site report I got back 2 last week was it should be about two weeks until commissioning starts.
So that would make it sometime next week. I would expect that that we should be having some sort of announcement then if all goes as planned.
My source is very reliable so I think this would happen, but they could strike unexpected problems but the plan is next week.
We will have to wait to find out.
