I tend to disagree that risk can in fact be diluted. A certain % of value/outperformance can be attributed to process, but by and large talent in my opinion is an ability to think and see things that others can't. The rajiv factor is what makes GQG valuable, more valuable than the rest.
Warren Buffet/Charlie Munger risk has been around for decades, as long as Rajiv stay alive we should be fine. He isn't a hollywood type like Hamish.
