Just for record you have to be in the top 70 to get on. Below 130 to be taken off. Because so many funds follow 200 and 100 they do not want lots of churning every Q it is not good for any one. The 130 and 70 are from memory and I do not want to take time to look right now. They are close but not exact. Most indexes like S&P, Nasdaq 100 500 ect. do the same thing.
