if they issue them lower it would be disastrous. They really have no choice but to set a higher exercise price otherwise the market will punish them again
really not to exciting and if anything a slight negative as they continue to line their pockets without sharing with investors exactly how they are going about improving the poor governance of this organisation. Something which they have direct control over
