With the pandemic pretty much over and now the gold price pumping I'd be surprised if they cannot resolve funding soon. Lenders need to pull their fingers out and contract a deal on reasonable terms with a company that will produce an inflation hedge 12-18 months from the written deal. Management need to hurry up and produce a cost estimate in order for the deal to be signed so they can lock in contracts. Perhaps I should head up there myself to get things going.
