    Please correct me if I am wrong yet in researching this company I was surprised to see such HUGE debt in comparision to current assets held.

    TOTAL ASSETS (Incl Receiveables)= approx. $162,000,000

    TOTAL LIABILITIES = approx. $1.1 Billion

    I must be missing something, as the above does not seem manageable.

    Are all the retirement centres that are owed by the company, included in this TOTAL ASSETS figure? Thanks
