Hi Cyclops,
It would be nice if something was brewing (anyone know anything concrete?), but on the current volumes against a 3 month daily average of 31,417 per day I think not. Volume is so thin it is just flapping about (volume on SHV gets very low from time to time, it's not really a traded stock)

In my opinion there are two things which may make a significant difference:
1) If there was some sort of confirmation of management contracts running longer than a year.
2) The other is the price of almonds. What will make that move will be the success or otherwise of the US crop, for that we will need to wait for the California Agricultural Statistics Service to release the crop estimates for 2010 and they usual release those in May, so another 5 months for us to wait.
Water is nice, but SHV does OK on limited allocations
