    royalty's are pretty much overriding royalties so they get 3% of the revenue pre tax and any other costs. So if you produce 10 bopd at $80 a barrel = $800 they get 3% of that so $24.

    A 3% orr is normally the equivilant to a 10 - 15% stake in the drill.
