Hey Lvcluan
ALK with a current market cap of $625m - gosh I hope CAI go higher than that!
ALK mill and output looks a fair bit lower than ALK, they’re on track for 60k ounces per year, whereas CAI should be 90k ounces (Stage 1) so about 50% more profits coming in per year, with same/same AISC. Stage 2 at 130,000 ounces per year I’d be hoping for a solid improvement on that.
There’s plenty of reference to CMM on the CAI threads - back in July 21, (before Mt Gibson acquisition) the CMM market cap was $680m with an average POG of ~$1800usd vs $1970 currently (9% higher), so I’m banking on a CAI market cap of $750m at steady state production. However, if the market looked at $$$ generated per year, at 50% higher output than ALK, CAI could be closer to a $900m MC for Stage 1.
Just my thoughts,
Cheers
