I agree Berty - I came up with a figure of about $8m NPAT loss FY21 when I looked at the last set of accounts. Only reason I could not come up with something more accurate is that we cannot ascertain what the new finance cost will be for the half as they will have some fees involved as well as interest I would imagine. Anyway it now looks as though any forecasting is very rubbery if PNC manage to finalise the purchase of the portfolio early in the quarter and gain early liquidations.
