as I said at the AGM to Alan Birchmore: "I'll give you $51,000 for the truck, loader and the 5 LandCruisers... not to mention the caravan, dongas, generators, tanks, containers, logging table, etc, etc, etc..."

if property valued $720k gets flogged off for $50k it raises the question if the real value of the company was decreased by the same ratio in this report.

It is obvious that this so called independent report has the purpose to make UMC look like some dirt cheap, no hope backyard exploration company - shame!

Question is, will the remaining shareholders fall for it...
