will they place it to one of the boards associates at an even bigger discount to what the market is right now?
They will either have to really ramp up the pump or will have to go with a revised placement for that $7m shortfall, without it there will be no mining anywhere and they will be in danger themselves of a consolidation or admin, seeing as no one really wanted the last placement looks like they will have to go really cheap to invite investors in and old holders will all be but diluted out that will never see anywhere close to break even again
