My take on the mine approval is that it is nowhere near, and the reason for that is that SVL has yet to finish submissions with the ammendments.
Then it goes to assessment, then recommendation, then determination.

However the bigger story will be COMEX default, plus a liquidity crisis, plus a derivatives meltdown, plus general chaos, if I'm concentrating on the bright side, and much worse if looking on the dark side.
