Saylor...buy side may build but its the off screen buy/sell action that is what one tends to look for. Bids can be props and quite quickly disappear as they appear.
the price action from 4.5- 4.6c suggests its pausing and with little volume today (5 mill)there is no clear direction ...chart wise its in a short term downtrend and with no news this will slowly trickle downward.
PEN is news driven and is traded accordingly. I would expect a 4.5c close or lower if we have no news. cheers MMM
