Makes a profit, there is growth and has a 5% plus dividend. Also appears to have the ability to adapt to the changing marketplace.(r&d spending is ongoing) Fair value in comsec $4.36 today even if that is reduced by half to $2.18 still a nice gap.
There will be a recovery or a buyout, unless there are issues that have not been declared.
