Green Ammonia Project, page-99

Today we actually had a tweet related to the phosphate project showing a very large move higher for DAP (red line on the chart). Up around 35% in the last week or two. DAP and MAP are closely correlated and MNB's phosphate blend selling price will be derived from MAP prices (as shown in the scoping study). This chart shows the DAP price has surged by more than the Corn price. That's in line with my thoughts earlier today that higher crop prices will drive up demand for fertiliser by farmers wanting to maximize yields to cash in on the surging crop prices. Higher demand for fertiliser just as supply is being restricted even more than before, should amplify the price increase for fertiliser.



One tweet today on phosphate but many more tweets recently on green hydrogen and green ammonia, including two more today.
Considering that the phosphate project is going into production first, with the continued high frequency of tweets about green hydrogen/ammonia, it's pretty clear how (not so quietly) enthusiastic the company is about their future with green ammonia.
While they haven't had anything new to announce regarding the green ammonia recently, I get the feeling that with all of these tweets they are trying to tell us something.
IMO, that's probably something like the market is asleep based on the current mc relative to the potential value of the green ammonia.
We are expecting news on the green ammonia, namely, hopefully the granting of a further 100MW to double capacity and the tariff negotiations outcome. Of course, we also have the DFS on the phosphate due this month as well. That will be a big milestone.
Then hopefully plenty more announcements on the green ammonia through the year as the phosphate project continues through to first production later this year.
