Your source is a bit out of date. ASX: CNL has been long gone, it was re-launched under a new code in early March as ASX: PHO after quite the capital restructure and a few other changes.
Pretty much the same as what will happen to AEV. Flush the rubbish and get new Directors and fresh capital in at a severe discount.
