Opec cannot increase the production to the level that would really be noticeable
Iran's capacity is 1mln . That will assist the market, but not satisfy it. Russia is heavily involved with the negations with Iran. Russia demanded to withdraw sanctions to make the deal. I do not think it's gonna happen.
Russian oil sales will be limited while bank sanctions are in place , let alone the full embargo.
