It will most likely delist before a CR at 10 cents. This company has days rather than years until its demise. When directors don't buy cheap shares or only report at mandatory times you know the company is in deep trouble.
The CR boat was missed around 6 months ago. Now it's simply too dilutive. The only fair option is to delist. Watch Laybuy closely and we'll follow them in 3 months.
