What I want to know is did anyone on any of the forums (Stockhouse, HotCopper etc etc) predict this one?
"Astron - a producer of advanced zirconium chemicals, and related materials, with worldwide sales and distribution - lifted sales 25 per cent to $70 million and net profit 213 per cent to $4.53 million.
No wonder the shares shot up 13c to 81c when investors were able to get at the stock yesterday (year high/low is $1/39c).
But that's cheap - with EPS of 35.2c, p/e is only 2.3.
Astron says that with a strong competitive advantage derived from its low cost China production base, it is well placed for continuing growth in sales and profit."
