The listing of the US market as thought was all hype and was traded accordingly, the only thing that matters and will rerate IHL is results, now we await with some feeling the pressure….
The trading over the last few days does lend the feeling towards average results as the market hardly ever gets it wrong.It the news was to be ‘out of this world’ then the world economics of what’s going on in Russia would have nil effects as very positive results would punch through in what’s happening regardless.
Good, bad or ugly no doubt the BOD know what reactions the market will bare and they will be ready for all scenarios.
Great results SP rerates
Average results SP takes a little hit and bounces
Poor results(unlikely but possible)then possibly a suspension followed by a CR at a much higher price to what the market will bring if results are indeed poor…
All of the 3 above are possible but long term is really what matters and all the signs point to success even if in the short term it takes a hit…
If indeed the results are average/poor then indeed we have a leak and this must be taken notice of for future..
