Yeah because ex tap turners at Mereenie have a better idea of petroleum reserve estimation than NSAI who are the global gold standard and actually have access to the full current data?
I don't doubt that this program has lost a lot of gas that CTP was hoping to book, more than 12% as you say, but most of that will come from 2C and 3P categories, not 2P.
