I assume you have had a look at how deep this is? This will be an underground mine so there will be long lead times and big upfront capital costs, the orebody itself is great (when you get access to it). I don't know why the company is wasting its time on a magnetite study, no other copper gold + magnetite mine produces a separate magnetite concentrate for a reason, and there are better 'more magnetite' rich orebodies with cheaper mining costs, and better logistics, that have tried and failed.
