i use the following rough estimation:
$2200 POG
$1400 AISC costs (avg from what ive seen - could be more, could be less on an individual basis)
2200 - 1400 = $800
risk factors, small scale, time & unknowns = roughly $200
=$600oz
In ground value (IGV) is typically about 10% of the MRE:
take 10% of that = $60 per oz
386koz MRE = $23m current IGV
