It’s interesting that Namoi is in EP 87 with 10% which show PCL ability to bring in partners which it has a long history. Also important to note that Qatar is involved with Namcir on other blocks, so it sets the scenario of who could farm in to carry PCL in addition to Shell or Total.
one could expect that those discussions are perhaps under way!
